With the added investment we are now able to roll cylinders and cones with the initial pinch method thus eliminating excess material which in turn reduces costs which are passed on to our clients. We also have C.N.C. controlled press brakes ensuring accurate bending at all stages.

With an accumulated knowledge and experience of over 30 years, our CAD department play a fundamental role in our organisation.
By using Sigma-Nest (industry-leading profiling software package and inventory control systems) the department optimise the full use of materials through our excellent nesting abilities.
The C.A.D. department is also responsible for the development of transitional pieces such as lobster backs, T-pieces, cones, square-to-rounds, H vac systems & many more.
